I have been so happy with Dr Cox and his staff. They are friendly and truly care about the work they do. My son hates dental work and has had a very complicated case, and the staff at Brookhaven Orthodontics has always been patient, kind and explained everything every step of the way.

We’ve had Dr. Cox fit braces for all three of our kids and we’ve been so happy with the experience. He’s been very thorough and great to work with, our kids really like the staff and the office, and their teeth and smiles look terrific. Dr. Cox and all the staff have been wonderful at Brookhaven Orthodontics. Braces are coming off in a short month, and it was a long process. Everything from the first consultation to getting the braces put on to the visits have been a great experience. Dr. Cox and staff have always been warm and nice, and Dr. Cox always takes time to meet with the patients. I would definitely recommend going here. From a cost perspective, it appears that Brookhaven orthodontics is comparable and has a great payment plan.

Today we are celebrating my son getting his braces removed and I’m really going to miss all the faces at Brookhaven Orthodontics. They have guided us along the way and were so kind and personable in the process. We have a couple experiences of needing to reach someone on a weekend, at off times and the call is always returned within minutes with prompt solutions provided for the problem at hand. Dr. Cox is so nice to the kids and all the hygienists are gentle and caring. We will be back with little sister soon!

Dr. Cox and the staff at Brookhaven Orthodontics are top notch. They are always prompt with appointments and explain things thoroughly. I always feel like they make the time to speak with you at every appointment. Also, they aren’t trying to sell you into getting braces if your children don’t need them at that time (or other devices). I would highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs.

I've been taking my daughter to Brookhaven Orthodontics for over a year and we have had great service at every appointment. The Orthodontic Assistants are friendly and conversational with my daughter. I can tell they are trying to make her feel comfortable and ease any nervousness she may be having about being at the orthodontist. The doctors are also friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a well organized system from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an orthodontist.
